great oncw you know the secret
This is an great product once u figure out the secret to make it work. It has two wire of each color one goes to the power wire of the product the other wire goes to a seprate power source. The second wire and the main power wire (red) both have to be entergized and the directions dont tell you this

A wonderful alternative to switches
Conventional wisdom states that we drive aux loads off our vehicles with a switchbox. Well what do you do when you run out of room for switches? That was my dilema, plus I kinda sorta wanted a remote activation feature when I was outside the car to scare away problem children.

This fit the bill perfectly. I wired up 2 grille lights and 2 alley take down lights to it for the 4 circuits. With 8A per output there was no need to do a double relay, which is really rare these days. I put the remote off the battery with a 40A square fuse (4×8A max = 32A) upstream and put 10A inline fuses off the outputs to keep everything safe.

Now my car can be parked innocently at night when a curious fellow intent on no good comes up and I click on the takedown lights by remote control and he goes running for mama. Oh the fun you can have with the remote.

That’s the only weak piece is the buttons on the remote – they are not the best quality, so I have it on my to do list to get a learning garage door remote that can learn the stock remote so I can put it safely in the glovebox then carry the aftermarket remote. I suspect it would be higher power too giving me more range, which done right would be really good. For the antenna wire I had a spare roof antenna that I tied it to so I’ve got extra range on the receive end already and can activate the car from 400+ feet away.

Last but not least its a great way to find your car in costco’s parking lot at night!

I installed this on my triple axle trailer, I use it to control the electric winch. works great and I still have two channels open for additional accessories. have not even needed to extend antenna on transmitter with 125ft of cable on winch .. I got mine at auto zone but they don’t seem to stock them anymore so will prob order a couple extras for future projects via amazon .. as previous review said. there are a pair of wires for each of the four channels, connect one of the 2 wires to power or ground depending on if you need a power or ground trigger and the other wire of the pair to the accessory you are controling

Great light-household use tool
If you want a tool for basic household use, like putting up mini-blinds, assembling furniture, etc, then this is the drill for you. It’s terrific for all but heavy-duty construction use. Light and easy to handle, with a nifty little carrying back. Drill bits change out easily. Works as an electric screwdriver with a changeable bit for either flathead or Phillips that stores neatly in the head of the drill. Inexpensive, light and easy to handle, this makes a perfect gift for someone setting up a new house or starting that first toolbox.

Nice drill, nice price.
I recieved this drill about 2 years ago for christmas, and it has not let me down. I have put many screws in, drilled into concrete flooring, along with many holes in walls and wood around the house. The power is quite impressive, and for the price, well worth the investment for the light user like me. The Keyless chuck is a nice feature, but can pose a problem when really needing to drill into a hard substance like concrete, which has tendacny to spin the bit out of the chuck. With patience, and a good grip, that problem can be overcome. I’ve had more expensive drills not work as well as this. worth a look.

Low price = you get what you pay for
I bought this based on its low price but I had to return it immediately because of a problem with the chuck. I bought a comparable corded 3/8 inch drill of the DeWalt line (D21008K) instead– more expensive but clearly money better spent, in retrospect.

As an example, look at the chuck’s outer rings (where I had a problem): it is made out of plastic. The DeWalt version is aluminum there, feels more mechanically rock solid, and it is thoughtfully larger in diameter (so you can clamp/unclamp with a higher gripping torque). (The DeWalt has a higher rated power– but I’m just comparing how trustworthy the designs are.)

At about $30 for this Black and Decker I think you get what you pay for– it otherwise looked fine, and I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt for the rest.

(By the way, this one of my very rare product return experience with Amazon, and I applaud how painless they make that, even with a non-media item like this!)

An academy award winner in 1969 in spite of having an X rating, this is one of those classic films that have traditional well. British director John Schlessinger, in his first American film, captured the gritty sordidness of Recent York City, as it was in those days, with all its contrasts and inconsistencies. We peek a man sprawled on the sidewalk in front of an upscale jewelry store being ignored by passersby.

Jon Voight is cast as Joe Buck, a young man from Texas who comes to Recent York with the dream of becoming a male prostitute. Dustin Hoffman is Rico Ratzo Rizzo, a the crippled street-wise hustler who first cons the young Texan and later befriends him. Together, these two outcasts fabricate a irregular bond as they struggle to survive on the streets of Original York. Joe Bucks’ record is told with flashbacks and surreal fantasy sequences, which seem unfocussed at times, but give us an belief of who he is. Ratzo, however, doesn’t need this kind of cinematographic background; his quirky character is all upright there.

The film is elephantine of memorable characters – Sylvia Miles as an aging Park Avenue woman with a thick Fresh York accent who considers herself “one helluva pretty chick”, John McGiver, the religious nutjob who Joe Buck thinks will give him connections to rich women, and Brenda Vacarro who takes Joe home with her after a psychedelic party. There’s a memorable soundtrack too — “The Echoes of My Mind”. And then there’s the memorable conclusion which takes state on a bus headed for Florida.

I loved this video but it’s not for everybody. It’s downbeat and dark and disturbing. But it says something about human nature and human connection. And it pictures a method of life that might not be qualified but is a reality. Recommended.

1969 was an proper year for films.There was Anne of the Thousand Days, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,Hello Dolly,Easy Rider, the list goes on and on.Why is it then that this is the film that won the Academy Awards for best relate,director and screenplay of that year? (and was also given nods for both leading actors) . Perhaps the voters over 30 years ago could forsee that this movie would stand the test of time.

This is a yarn that tugged at our heartstrings, and made us up sit up and seize observe of the world around us. Joe has disturbing thoughts of the past, and Ratso has dreams of the future. When Ratso falls ill,though. it is Joe who must care for him. Their friendship moved us then and it will depart you now.

The actors are phenominal in their performances. Hoffman novel off his success in “The Graduate” shows us procedure encourage then how versitile he is, and Voight the newcomer proved his dramatic skills early on. The director John Schlesinger (Far From the Maddning Crowd) gives us a very realistic understanding of life on the streets. At the time of it’s release this film was rated X (it is R now) and although there are some expicit scenes, the main focus is on the kinship of man.

The DVD(MGM) is a nice transfer. The colors ar vibrant. It is in the modern widescreen format (with a standard format on the b side of the disc) It is in Dolby Digital 5.1 surround,not the best I have heard done on a film of this age, but peaceful wonderful enough. The soundtrack is incredible with the immense song “Everybody’s Talkin”. No other special features on the disc itself but it does near with a booklet on the casting and making of the film, along with some other inviting facts about it.
This would be an marvelous addition to any film collection.

You’ll be hooked after 1-2 episodes
This show has had a lot of buzz, and all of my friends keep telling me how they are hooked on Mad Men. I finally gave it a shot, and after one episode, I was hooked. After two episodes, I was addicted.

It’s amazing how quickly they are able to develop the characters and how quickly this show can get you hooked.

The Amazon Video on Demand HD version has very good quality. I just wish it was available as a rental, since this is a fairly expensive way to catch up on the show.

I haven’t been this hooked on a show since The West Wing.

Wish they made more cover designs–I would buy all of them
I love this scrap book! The pages are good quality paper that slide out of a plastic sleeve so it is really easy to apply photos and mementos and you don’t lose any space to binder holes. I have purchased two–one for each of my children–and I only wish they made more cover designs so that I could keep using them as the children grow.

Very Cute!
This scrapbook is soooo cute! I love it. I only gave four stars because the colors were a little different than what the internet shows. I wanted it to be more pink, but it is actually a little more orangeish. Still very cute though!

Poor Customer Service
The scrapbook itself was very pretty and colorful. However, all 20 of the inside pages were torn. When I asked about getting replacements I was told they had none in stock and did not plan to order any. So, if anything you order from this company isn’t isn’t perfect, don’t expect them to make it right! Also, the spine of the scrapbook itself was a little off. Using a lot of muscle and some judicious hole punching I manged to fit 6 new pages into it–enough to give to my friend for her baby but not at all what I’d expected. I am a big fan of pepper pot products but this time I felt I got a “facotry sceond”. So buyer beware!
